Yoga Experience

A 455-hour, Yoga Alliance certified, international yoga teacher with qualifications in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Dynamic Vinyasa Flow, Mandala Flow & Yin...

Offering two 1/2 year's teaching experience for the likes of The Soho House Group, FRAME London, Cambodia's award-winning 5* resort Song Saa Private Island, 5* wellness retreat F Zeen Retreat in Greece & The Yoga Barn, Bali...

As well as assisting senior teachers at festivals & lifestyle events including Sweaty Betty Live, LuluLemon Sweatlife & Soul Circus Festival...

I offer a creative, intuitive & energetically-guided practice, carefully sequenced to inspire all levels of students to flow fluidly as they move mindfully into stillness, reaching their potential to grow in unexpected places…

Integral to my role as a teacher is understanding that everyone has individual reasons for coming to the mat, so I work intuitively with this spectrum of needs to guide breath-led, free-flowing, creatively-sequenced asana practices to invigorate and build heat in the body, helping students to connect with the true essence of the practice, progress physically and move towards inner stillness.
